Refund Policy
- In-person registrations must be received two weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date for full refund. We get that plans change! We also have to secure event space, food and other various logistics based on the registration numbers 2 weeks out of any in-person event. We appreciate you understanding! If you need to cancel your in-person registration, whether 2 weeks out or within 2 hours of the event, consider transferring your registration to someone else who would certainly appreciate learning from the content we are providing! Plus, keep in mind we might be recording the event so you can benefit from watching the content afterwards.
- Virtual registrations can easily be canceled. However if you cancel your virtual registration you will not receive the recording. We encourage you to keep your virtual registration so that you will benefit from the recording sent to you afterwards assuming we have promoted the recording will be provided.
Photography/Video Policy
NSA Carolinas (NSAC) reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event sponsored by NASC, without the expressed written permission of those in the photograph or video.
